i stayed in a beautiful pool villa and the personal pool was amazing. the staff was consistently hospitable. the views around the resort seemed amazing to me. the food was great and i found transportation arrangements very easy to use.

A convenience store is just a short walk from the hotel. I think it's really useful. several restaurants and shops are within a 10-minute taxi ride from the resort. the distance to the beach is manageable.

the cleaning service was excellent , the room was super clean daily. the reception staff were friendly . They assisted me with any queries i had immediately.
the steep location of the rooms and villas presented a challenge , however , the resort offers free transportation around the area , which mitigated this issue partially.

The bed was very firm. I did not sleep well. also, the location requires transport. a very steep hill made it hard to walk anywhere. i relied on shuttle service or ride share.
